We scope research as part of project initiation, and include a range of resources to inform decisions and direction, such as world-class frameworks and approaches, talking directly with customers and other stakeholders, gathering intelligence, interviewing leadership teams, sharing insights and more.
Years of identifying and working with trusted brands, talent and entrepreneurs in the leadership advisory ecosystem was Lisa Christian’s inspiration to create Hear Group. Business and family office leaders can count on Hear Group to bring world class strategy, product development and management, marketing, project leadership and industry experience, as well as research, innovation, creative and technical expertise to their organizations. Lisa was owner and operator of LCP Digital, a management consultancy, and merged the firm into Hear Group in 2021 to emphasize listening the customer and other critical stakeholders, such as engineering and cybersecurity experts, when working with clients.
Lisa has led client engagements with businesses in the cybersecurity, financial, technology, health and professional services sectors, delivering research, business and product development and innovation, business and cybersecurity strategy, planning and financial modeling, board and investor communications, branding, thought leadership, product marketing and multi-channel marketing communications. She brings 17 years of experience in leadership positions with JPMorgan, PwC and RR Donnelley in such roles as strategy, digital product development and management, IT, business continuity, marketing, corporate development and M&A, transformation and investor relations. She taught fintech, marketing and project management at Northwestern University and the University of Colorado Engineering School’s Technology, Cybersecurity and Policy Program. Lisa earned an MBA in Finance, Marketing and International Business from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She graduated from Stanford’s Advanced Cybersecurity program and holds eight professional certifications in cybersecurity, including CISSP. Lisa also has a screenwriting degree from UCLA and uses the storytelling craft for commercial advertising and other communications.
